First you need to create a copy for each client you have. If you provide the client with the link to the Data Studio report, your client will always have access to real-time data, in which case you won’t have to send a monthly PDF report.

To manage the various client reports, you can use a naming structure such as ClientName, AccountName – ReportType, etc.

How do I arrange monthly scheduling of the reports?
Google Data Studio reports are updated in real-time. Your clients will always see the latest data.

However, should you for any reason want to regularly send the report to a client, it is possible to schedule this by clicking on the “clock” icon, choose the recipients, the start date (1st of the month) and how often to repeat this operation (monthly on the 1st day). This will automatically generate an email with the report in the form of a PDF attached to it.
